Job Title: Steward / Captain / Executive
Company: Bright Hospitality Private Limited (for Espresso Anyday Cafe, Promenade Mall, Delhi)
About the Role
- This is a mid-level position in the Service & Operations department.
- Urgent vacancy with a fast-tracked hiring process.
- Early joiners are preferred.
- Work location: Vasant Kunj, Delhi.
- Candidates local to Delhi or ready to relocate are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Food & Beverage knowledge
- Guest handling
- Menu explaining & selling
- Service skills
- Situation handling
- Greeting & escorting guests
- Taking food & drinks orders
- Food pickup
- Serving
- Ensuring serving stations are stocked with condiments (e.g., cutlery, napkins, trays)
- Clearing tables
- Setting tables
- Scraping food plates, pans, and pots
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good English & Hindi communication
- Presentable and groomed
- Hotel Management or similar background is a must.
- 0.5 - 2 years of experience in a Hotel / Restaurant is required.
- Fresher with Hotel Management background will be considered.
Qualifications
- Must be Hotel Management or similar qualified.
Work Schedule & Benefits
- Working days/schedule: 6 days/shift wise.
- CTC Range: Up to ₹2.40 LPA for Junior roles, ₹3.30 LPA for Senior roles, plus variables & benefits.

- Leave & Compliance as per State rules.
