Junior Recruiter
Company: CAREERBLOC
Work Mode: Work From Home (Remote Opportunity)
Salary: Up to ₹10,000 per month (Target-Based)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 5.5 Days per Week
About the Role
CAREERBLOC is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter with prior experience in recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of job portals, candidate sourcing, and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various job portals.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Meet recruitment targets within deadlines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Prior experience in a recruitment consultancy.
- Good knowledge of job portals.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent sourcing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
