The Healthcare Advisor – Entry Level role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Healthcare Advisor will provide guidance to patients and clients on healthcare options, services, and programs, including basic information on Medicare and other relevant schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with patients.
- Assist patients in booking appointments for blood tests, scans, or any other consultation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to speak English, Tamil, Hindi / Kannada fluently.
- Shift timings may include 6:30 am to 2:30 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm.
- Potential to shift or travel to Arumbakkam, Chennai.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science.
