About the Role

The Healthcare Specialist at Crewspace will support the health, safety, and well-being of touring professionals using the platform and participating in live events. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Jaipur Area involves providing basic medical assessment and first-response support, coordinating with local healthcare providers, and advising on health and safety protocols for touring crews.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic medical assessment and first-response support.
• Coordinate with local healthcare providers.
• Advise on health and safety protocols for touring crews.
• Conduct trainings on emergency response, first aid, and wellness best practices tailored to road crew environments.
• Maintain accurate health-related records.
• Assist with incident documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve safety standards across Crewspace-supported activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Clinical and emergency care skills, including EMT experience and practical knowledge of Medicine.
• Strong Communication abilities for interacting with touring professionals, medical providers, and internal teams.
• Experience in Training others on first aid, emergency response, or health and safety practices.
• Background in Healthcare, such as prior work in clinical settings, occupational health, or event medical services.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., EMT, First Aid, CPR, Basic Life Support) and understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work on-site in dynamic, fast-paced environments and respond calmly in emergency situations.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a health-related field is preferred, or equivalent experience in medical or emergency services.
