Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert sales opportunities for banking and financial products.
- Source customers through field activities, references, and market visits.
- Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- Handle customer queries and ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely disbursement.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Graduate (Any stream) / 12th
- Age: 18 to 35 years
Experience
- 0 to 3 years (Freshers can apply)
- Prior experience in sales, banking, or financial services preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Customer handling skills
- Knowledge of local language is mandatory
- English is an added advantage
