Relationship Officer - Personal Loans

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert sales opportunities for banking and financial products
- Source customers through field activities, references, and market visits
- Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements
- Handle customer queries and ensure smooth processing of loan applications
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely disbursement
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

Location
- Lucknow, Sandila, Sitapur, Faizabad, Nanpara, Srawasti, Bhinga, Varanasi, Akbarpur, Obra
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Graduate (Any stream) / 12th
- Age: 18 to 35 years
- Prior experience in sales, banking, or financial services preferred
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of local language is mandatory; English is an added advantage
- Two-wheeler preferred
