Associate Technical Specialist, Term)

About the Role

This is an 18-month contract position for an Associate Technical Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in office two days a week with your team
• Provide technical assistance to customers
• Integrate Auth0 with applications, APIs, and identity providers
• Support data mapping efforts, including the analysis of legacy data, mapping and importing activities
• Perform quality tests to confirm data integration success
• Analyze and maintain processes, procedures, and requirements
• Manage multiple work tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and executing against deliverables
• Maintain individual Key Performance targets
• Follow instructions and established guidelines assigned by your manager

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience or understanding of helping customers implement integration services and solutions in a SOA architecture environment
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML)
• Knowledge of REST APIs and web technologies (HTTP, JSON)
• Understanding of User Provisioning and Authentication
• Experience importing and extracting data from relational databases and performing complex data mapping transformations
• Experience with SQL and SSIS
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with one or more of these technologies: PostgreSQL, XML, XSD, SSRS, IIS, and SFTP; SSH is desirable
