About the Role
ADCL Company is seeking a street-smart, tough negotiator to effectively negotiate real estate rent prices in cities like Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi. The role involves handling warehouse space rentals, storage, packaging, and delivery to enable business owners to expand their customer delivery networks nationally without heavy investment.

- Negotiate effectively on real estate rent prices in cities such as Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi.

- Maintain professionalism and a polished demeanor in all negotiation interactions.
Requirements & Tech Stack

- Proficiency in English and Hindi.

Qualifications
- A tough negotiator.
Compensation
- Stipend: ₹3000.
- Commission: 4% on monthly rent, calculated on the negotiated rent amount.
