Customer Care Executive (Gold Loans)

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for generating Gold Loan business and cross-sell other products.
- Participate in field-marketing activities to improve brand visibility and generate leads.
- Drive continuous customer engagement through various channels.
- Maintain a quality portfolio by tracking and controlling ROI.
- Provide after-sales service to existing customers and obtain references.
- Follow up on interest collections to keep NPAs under control.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Sales experience is a key component of this role.
- Field marketing for brand building.
Qualifications
- Candidates with 6 months of sales experience in Banking Financial Services can apply.
- Freshers with a flair in Sales are also welcome.
