Business Development Trainee

About the Role

Intellipaat is a global online professional training provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Calling leads from the CRM to understand career up-skilling requirements and pitching suitable courses.
• Consistently achieving revenue targets.
• Proactively identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
• Identifying references from the existing customer base to expand the sales pipeline.
• Maintaining all customer interactions within the CRM.
• Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for assigned leads.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Decent exposure working with a CRM such as Salesforce, Zoho, etc.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation / Post Graduation (Except Bachelors of Arts and Masters of Arts).

Skills Preferred

• Excellent spoken and verbal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated.

Work Schedule:

• 6 working days a week.
• 9 hours total working time (including a 1-hour break).
• 8 productive hours.

Location:

• Work from Office only.
• Office Address: Arekere, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore.

Compensation:

• First 6 Months (Internship/Training Period):
• ₹25,000/- fixed salary per month + performance-based incentives.
• Post Completion of 6 Months:
• CTC revised to ₹8 LPA, comprising:
• ₹4.2 LPA Fixed
• ₹3.8 LPA Variable

Notes:

• First month's salary will be held and released with the fourth month's salary for retention purposes.
• No agreement, bond, or contract will be taken from the company.
• Notice period must be served if leaving the company.
• Leaves are provided only for Final Examinations, not for Internals or Preparatory.
