About the Role
This opportunity resides with Warfare Systems (WS), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Warfare Systems comprises cyber and mission IT; electronic warfare; and C5ISR systems. HII works within our nation’s intelligence and cyber operations communities to defend our interests in cyberspace and anticipate emerging threats.
The Warfare Systems team is currently seeking a Technical Writer/Editor in support of an exciting new effort supporting one of our clients that is responsible for unifying the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthening DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrating and bolstering DoD's cyber expertise. This contract supports ongoing operations within a combatant command.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and developing executive level communications.
- Editing and developing briefing slides and materials.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration.
- Flexibility to adjust shifts as needed to cover 24x7 operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
