About the Role

The Junior Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Junior Engineer supports the design, development, testing, and integration of components and systems for humanoid robots.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with hardware assembly.
• Run and analyze tests.
• Document technical work.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on prototypes and improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues.
• Contribute to continuous refinement of robotic systems.
• Follow established engineering processes and safety standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to help bring new features and capabilities from concept to implementation.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in mechanical, electrical, electronics, robotics, or computer engineering, with the ability to apply core engineering principles to practical problems.
• Basic experience with tools or technologies commonly used in robotics development, such as CAD software, microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, or programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python).
• Ability to read and create technical documentation, follow test procedures, and support debugging and troubleshooting activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn from feedback.
• Interest in humanoid robotics and human-robot interaction, with a commitment to safety, quality, and ethical technology development.
