About the Role
Water-City Blaze is hiring for a motivated individual to join their expanding events team in a dynamic, face-to-face role. This is a customer-facing position where you will represent products and services, speak directly with customers and prospects, and help bring promotional events to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Face-to-Face Customer Interaction: Engage with customers and prospects at promotional events.
- Sales & Promotion: Showcase products, explain services, and guide customers toward the right choices.
- Event Support: Help set up and manage branded event spaces and POS materials.
- Demonstrations & Presentations: Deliver engaging product demos with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Performance Goals: Work towards team and individual sales targets.
Qualifications
- People-Person: Friendly, outgoing, and confident, engaging with new people.
- Great Communicator: Clear, approachable, and engaging in conversation.
- Positive Attitude: Motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Team Player: Works well in a team environment and enjoys collaborative success.
- No prior experience required; full product and industry training is provided. Focus is on soft skills.
