About Yaari
Yaari is a social dining and experiences platform that helps people discover great venues and events and show up with the right crowd.
About the Role
We’re looking for a hustler who’s comfortable picking up the phone, talking to strangers, and turning cold conversations into partnerships. You’ll be the first point of contact between Yaari and event organizers, and you’ll help shape how we show up in the market.
What You’ll Do
- Research upcoming events in Delhi NCR and Mumbai (concerts, food festivals, pop-ups, comedy nights, community meetups, etc.)
- Call and message event organizers to pitch Yaari and onboard them onto the platform
- Maintain an outreach tracker with leads, call status, follow-ups, and conversions
- Follow up consistently and handle objections confidently
- Support marketing efforts: social media content ideas, captions, creator and influencer coordination, and campaign support
- Share weekly insights on what’s working and what’s not in outreach
- Help with on-ground activations and event coordination when needed
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong spoken communication in English and Hindi
- Confidence on calls and no fear of rejection
- Good written communication (emails, WhatsApp, DMs)
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable with deadlines
- Interest in events, nightlife, food, or the social/lifestyle space
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Docs
- Canva or basic content skills are a bonus
Qualifications
- Students or fresh graduates in marketing, mass comm, BBA, or related fields are welcome.
- Attitude matters more than degree.
What You’ll Get
- ₹5,000 monthly stipend
- Hands-on startup experience with direct founder mentorship
- Real ownership over outreach and partnerships, not just coordination work
- Internship certificate and a Letter of Recommendation for strong performers
- Exposure to the events, F&B, and consumer-tech ecosystem
- Chance to be considered for future roles based on performance
