About the Role
VistaDeep helps organizations connect live risk signals to their supply chains, predict potential impacts, and make informed decisions. The company focuses on learning from every outcome to continuously improve value chain resilience and performance. By combining data-driven insights with practical decision support, VistaDeep aims to reduce disruption and improve operational efficiency. This remote role is focused on supporting research and analysis across supply chains and manufacturing operations with a focus on semiconductors and high technology.
What you will participate in
- Value-chain modelling: Model real industries as graphs of operational processes, suppliers, factories, parts, flows, and dependencies.
- GNN-driven simulation: Use Graph Neural Networks to simulate how shocks move through the network, running large numbers of what-if scenarios (factory shutdowns, logistics failures, geopolitical events) to see how nodes, volumes, and lead-times are affected.
- AI agent behaviour under stress: For every simulation, run the AI mitigation agent and observe how it reacts — what actions it proposes, which trade-offs it makes.
- Iterative reinforcement loop: Use those outcomes to iteratively reinforce and refine the agent’s reasoning and decision logic, so it becomes better at handling future disruptions over time.
The work is done by running, testing, evaluating, and refining models in the VistaDeep Platform.
