About the Role

The Video Editor at Genesis Virtue is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for editing and assembling raw healthcare-focused footage into clear, engaging video content that supports marketing, education, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Editing and assembling raw footage into clear, engaging video content.
• Adding transitions, sound, and visual effects.
• Performing basic color grading.
• Integrating graphics or motion elements as needed.
• Collaborating closely with marketing and content teams to align videos with campaign goals.
• Optimizing formats for digital platforms.
• Maintaining consistent visual standards across all projects.
• Managing video files and assets.
• Meeting production timelines.
• Proactively suggesting creative improvements to enhance viewer engagement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Video Editing and Video Production for short-form and long-form digital content.
• Video Color Grading.
• Creating and integrating Motion Graphics and Graphics.
• Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Good understanding of audio editing, basic sound design, and optimizing content for social media and web platforms.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field.
