About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Any graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment processes is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to join immediately is preferred.

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune
