Key Responsibilities

• Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to meet overall building objectives.
• Partner with other Area Managers to balance labor, ensuring a balanced and efficient shift while meeting goals.
• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment.
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
• Focus on safety, quality, customer experience, and operations in warehouse productivity.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Direct management experience for employees and their performance.
• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.
