About the Opportunity

NIIT is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team in Gurugram. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in recruitment and develop hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Source relevant candidate profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other platforms.
• Identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' interest, availability, and suitability.
• Proactively connect with candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring requirements and timelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment and Talent Acquisition are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for candidate sourcing, calling, and networking.
• Proactive attitude with strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work from the office at Sector 34, Gurugram.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Freshers who are born and brought up in Delhi NCR are specifically sought.
• Candidates who have completed their schooling and grown up in Delhi NCR will be preferred.
• Enjoy interacting with people, exploring profiles, making calls, and learning new recruitment strategies.
