About the Role
Blue Ocean Digital Media is a Mumbai-based creative and performance marketing agency running Meta Ads and Google Ads for D2C, e-commerce, real estate, and FMCG brands. We seek a Performance Marketing Intern curious about digital advertising, enjoying numbers, and wanting hands-on campaign experience for business growth.
- Employment: Full-time internship.
- Work mode: Work from office only.
- Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai.
- Office hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Candidates must have their own laptop/system.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and launching campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Support lead generation and sales campaigns across different industries.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
- Learn to optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPC, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Assist with audience research, targeting, and creative testing.
- Work closely with the creative team to plan and test ad creatives.
- Prepare basic performance reports and campaign updates.
Qualifications
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads is preferred.
- An interest in performance marketing, digital advertising, and analytics.
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
