About the Role
This internship focuses on supporting Allianz Life Sales & Distribution through various digital project initiatives, leveraging technology and digital strategies to drive sales results and deliver experiences that meet and exceed the needs of our financial professionals, customers, and business partners. You will have the opportunity to work on the development of marketing materials and campaigns, website content authoring, and projects that support distribution growth across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop digital marketing campaigns that support Distribution & Sales initiatives
- Author and manage website content
- Analyze website user analytics data for actionable insights
- Support cross-functional collaboration with technology partners on digital initiatives
- Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Pursuing a four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or other related business field.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with HTML, website content management, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
