About the Role

Services Associate, Business Development and Account Enablement at Deloitte.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Global and member firm stakeholders to publish new and updated content across Deloitte audit platforms.
• Maintain content quality, completeness, and consistency, including XML-based publishing activities and localized content updates.
• Follow established content publishing workflows and support testing activities for new content solutions with leadership, content, technology, and business support teams.
• Update project trackers, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and support project planning, knowledge transfer, and training documentation.
• Identify process enhancement opportunities and support training sessions for new hires and analysts, as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience with various Content Management Tools (CMS Tools).
• Experience working with Extensible Markup Language (XML) and HyperText Markup Language (HTML).
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) experience is a plus.
• Experience preparing training documentation or knowledge materials.
• Experience facilitating training or knowledge transfer sessions.
• Experience working with virtual or cross-border teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Master of Technology (M.Tech), or Master of Business Administration (MBA) with 60% or 6.5 GPA and above throughout, with no active backlogs.
• 1-2 years of experience in knowledge management.
• Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in a content management or knowledge management environment.

• Hyderabad/Bangalore
• Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
