Role & Responsibilities
- Agent Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, interview, and onboard high-performing agents to expand the company's market reach.
- Training & Development: Conduct periodic training programs on product features, compliance guidelines, and effective sales closing techniques.
- Performance Management: Set monthly/quarterly sales targets, track individual and team metrics, and provide coaching to boost productivity.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term partnerships with agency partners by offering continuous support and resolving escalations.
- Business Strategy: Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and execute targeted sales campaigns.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records of sales metrics.
