Software Engineer

About the Role

Join the Erebus Program, a 7-year effort delivering cutting-edge intelligence and geospatial data management applications and services to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). As part of a software development Scrum team, you will assist with software requirements verification, software development, and operational support. This is an opportunity to build the next generation of geospatial intelligence software and support critical national security missions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelors degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics).
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Experience and/or knowledge of SCRUM processes.
• Experience and/or knowledge of System Requirements verification (such as Jira, Confluence).
• Angular
• Java
• Kubernetes
• Docker
• Continuous Integration and Deployment Tools: Git, Jenkins, Puppet, Docker
• Agile SW development methodologies
• SAFe processes
• JEE/Spring
• RESTfull and/or SOAP Web Services
• JSON, XML
• Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-Time Salary Range: $75,400.00 - $140,000.00
