Interior Designer

About the Role

Develop creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial interior design projects based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create interior design concepts, mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.
• Prepare 2D interior design drawings, furniture layouts, and space planning for residential and commercial interiors.
• Develop detailed 3D interior design models for bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, modular kitchens, and complete home interiors.
• Create high-quality 3D interior design renders and photorealistic visualizations.
• Handle interior design concept rendering, material textures, lighting, furniture detailing, and realistic render extraction.
• Produce professional 3D renders and interior design walkthroughs for client presentations.
• Work on residential interior design, luxury interiors, modern interiors, and contemporary interior design concepts.
• Modify interior design concepts, 3D models, and renders based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Coordinate with the interior design team to ensure design concepts and visualizations meet project specifications.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong knowledge of residential interior design, commercial interior design, and turnkey interior projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar interior design software.
• Hands-on experience in 3D interior modelling, concept rendering, photorealistic rendering, and 3D visualization.
• Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, lighting, furniture design, and space planning.
• Ability to develop interior design concepts and convert them into realistic 3D renders.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in an interior design company or interior design consultancy.
• A portfolio showcasing residential interior design projects, commercial interiors, and 3D renders is preferred.
