Field Onboarding Associate

About the Role

Brugo is expanding its network across Gurugram and seeks Field Onboarding Associates to help local shops, suppliers, and home-service professionals get started on the Brugo platform. This is a hands-on field role for individuals who enjoy travelling, meeting people, and completing tasks on the ground. No prior experience in sales or business development is needed; a willingness to learn, communicate, and follow a process is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel across assigned areas of Gurugram to visit local shops, suppliers, and service professionals.
• Introduce Brugo and explain how partners can join the platform.
• Assist interested partners in completing their registration.
• Collect basic business details, service information, and required documents.
• Help partners add their products or services to Brugo.
• Record daily visits and onboarding progress using simple forms or Google Sheets.
• Follow up with partners and share updates with the team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Freshers and recent college graduates comfortable with fieldwork.
• Candidates looking to start careers in field operations or partner onboarding.
• Individuals with experience in delivery, courier services, field collection, retail visits, or other on-ground jobs.
• Candidates comfortable speaking with shopkeepers, suppliers, and working professionals.
• Ability to follow instructions, maintain records, and complete assigned tasks independently.
• Comfortable travelling across Gurugram every working day.
• Comfortable meeting new people and approaching local businesses in person.
• Ability to use a smartphone to fill forms, upload documents, and update records.
• Ability to work outdoors and meet daily activity targets.
• A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• No prior sales, business development, or technical experience required.
• Proficiency with smartphones for data entry and record-keeping.
• Experience with Google Sheets for recording progress is a plus.
