About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Textile Print Designer based in the Greater Delhi Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop print concepts.
• Create digital artwork for ethnic wear, including sarees, unstitched suits, and ready-made garments.
• Design repeat patterns and placements.
• Prepare print-ready files.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate color, scale, and fabric application.
• Research trends in ethnic and contemporary fashion.
• Maintain a design library.
• Refine existing designs to meet buyer and market requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Graphic Design and graphics creation using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Print Design and Textiles, with the ability to translate concepts into fabric-ready digital prints.
• Previous work in textile or fashion design, especially ethnic wear, is highly beneficial.
• Good understanding of color theory.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Comfort working on-site within a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing and wholesale environment.
