About the Role

Axis Bank is hiring Relationship Officers for its expanding sales team. The role involves sourcing and managing customers for banking and financial products, generating business through field sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and convert sales opportunities for banking and financial products
• Source customers through field activities, references, and market visits
• Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements
• Handle customer queries and ensure smooth processing of loan applications
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely disbursement
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

Qualifications

• Graduate (Any stream) / 12th pass
• Age: 18 to 35 years
• Prior experience in sales, banking, or financial services is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Knowledge of local language is mandatory; English is an added advantage.
• Two-wheeler preferred
