About the Role
This role is for a Project Analyst on a growing team, serving as the primary point of contact for FourKites customers. You will act as the product expert, assisting users with their needs, from tracking urgent shipments to providing support for carriers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for FourKites customers, partners, and consultants.
- Research, troubleshoot, replicate, and test product problems and bugs.
- Track issue progress and provide regular updates to clients until resolution.
- Interface with Development, QA, and Consulting Services as needed to resolve customer issues.
- Participate in a weekend rotation for 24/5 customer emergencies.
