About the Role
- Counselling Intern (3-6 months internship with potential for PPO).
- Located in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru.
- 3 open positions.
- Immediate joiners strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the calendar and timeline for conducting counselling sessions at schools.
- Communicate with partner schools for career counselling purposes.
- Observe and assist with sessions for parents to discuss child's progress and program benefits.
- Design and lead presentations, workshops, seminars, and webinars for students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Understand and communicate results of provided biometric and psychometric assessments to students and parents.
- Address queries and concerns, emphasizing how career services support academic and personal growth.
- Provide digital content, resources, literature, and research for guidance.
- Counsel all age groups individually and/or in groups.

Qualifications
- Master’s in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a related discipline preferred.
- Understanding of career guidance, ethics, and psychometric assessment.
- Strong listening skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Strong safeguarding skills.
- Strong parent communication skills.
- Experience in personality, intelligence, career, and clinical testing is preferred.
