About the Role
NFX Digital is a data-driven digital marketing company transforming the consumer and marketing research landscape in India. The company has also ventured into building AI products, expanding its work across digital tools, data and marketing solutions to help client brands grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Write content for social media, websites, business communication and marketing materials.
- Manage company social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations and visual creatives using Canva.
- Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools for research, content creation and improving productivity.
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers and assist with basic office coordination, documentation and follow-ups.
- Support the founders with research, ongoing projects and day-to-day execution.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, social media platforms) and an interest in data-driven marketing.
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
