About the Role

Filza Group is a growing organization focused on building high-performing teams to support innovative technology-driven businesses. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist. The specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Build talent pipelines through various channels.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
• Improve recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality technical talent.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills
• Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Proficiency in conducting structured Interviewing
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and professional networking platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, or a related field
• Relevant recruitment certifications are an advantage
