About the Role
sa.global is seeking driven and ambitious Associate Consultants to join their dynamic HomebuilderONE team in Australia. This role focuses on learning the HomebuilderONE platform and supporting configuration, training, testing, and deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and successfully pass a structured training program to gain in-depth knowledge of HomebuilderONE.
- Follow structured plans to support HomebuilderONE implementations.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify potential issues.
- Support system rollout and post-implementation support following company guidelines.
- Attend all client meetings to observe and learn the implementation process.
- Provide high levels of customer service by following established communication protocols.
- Document and track project progress using designated tools such as Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams.
- Continuously develop knowledge of HomebuilderONE, staying updated on product enhancements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in software implementation.
- Background in the homebuilding or construction industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow structured processes and adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Remote position but some travel involved.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams.
