About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Configure T1/E1 on gateway, translation pattern, route pattern, and hunt/pickup groups.
- Configure Call handler and distribution list in Unity connection.
- Configure IP phone, PBX, and Teams phone.
- Configure VM, Speed dial, abbreviated dialing, and bulk administration.
- Troubleshoot call routing, DTMF issues, Analog Fax issues, CSS and Partition issues, call forwarding, and VM forwarding issues.
- Generate voice network configurations from Low-level design for complex environments.
- Perform Security Audit on enterprise voice and contact center applications.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Working experience on Avaya Aura & Session Manager, System Manager, Microsoft Teams, and Bright Pattern.
- SIP, H.323, MGCP, RTP & other IP trucking protocols.
- E1 lines, ISDN, SS7 telecom protocols.
- CTI and Enterprise telecom concepts.
- Multimedia infrastructure, including video conference equipment.
- Core call center applications, Call processing systems, Call routing systems (ACD), Call queuing and routings systems.
- Call recording systems including screen capture.
- CMS.
- Quality Monitoring system.
- UCCE call flow and scripting.
- Intelligent routing.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge on IP telephony solution including voice devices, voicemail, dial plan, dial peer, voice port connections, route pattern, and route list.
- Working knowledge on Microsoft Teams and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of data networking and connectivity.
- Avaya Voice Certification is an added advantage.
