About the Role

This role is approximately 40% content creation and 60% business development and outreach. The focus is on transforming technical ideas into useful content and initiating relevant B2B conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish approved social posts and blog content.
• Repurpose approved blogs into carousels.
• Suggest original LinkedIn content ideas.
• Research potential buyers and partners.
• Explain their fit with Quellix services and identify relevant business roles to approach.
• Write personalized emails and LinkedIn messages.
• Follow up professionally and help arrange qualified meetings.
• Keep CRM records accurate, including sources, stages, next steps, and follow-up dates.
• Report on what is working and what needs to change.
• Use AI thoughtfully for research and drafting, verifying sources and protecting information.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Clear English writing.
• Curiosity about B2B software.
• Ability to understand a customer's workflow before pitching.
• Initiative: notice gaps, suggest sensible next steps, ask useful questions, and follow through.
• Comfort with spreadsheets or a CRM and a willingness to learn.
• Optional: Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience, or self-directed projects, freelance work, or other practical evidence of ability.

Selection Process

• Practical work samples.
• A time-capped 90-minute exercise.
• A 20-minute live discussion.
• AI use is allowed with disclosure and verification.
