Graduate Engineer, Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry of vendor invoices and related AP documents in the system.
• Validate basic invoice details such as vendor name, invoice number, date, amount, PO reference, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for missing information or clarification required for invoice processing.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices in line with defined AP timelines and process guidelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and support audit readiness for AP transactions.
• Support the AP team in routine reporting, tracker updates, and follow-up activities as required.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Excel and basic office tools
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand AP processes and system requirements within a short period.
• Basic understanding of accounts payable, invoices, purchase orders, and vendor documentation.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Graduate in Finance
• Previous experience in or with – Fresher
