About the Role
Clinogenesis Research Organization is seeking motivated fresh life sciences graduates for the role of Clinical Trial Associate (CTA). This position provides operational and administrative support to clinical trial project teams, handling Trial Master Files (TMF), study logs, and regulatory document workflows under the guidance of clinical managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance, updates, and indexing of the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) and clinical study trackers.
- Assist in collecting, verifying, and archiving essential regulatory documents (e.g., green light packages, protocol signatures, ICFs).
- Coordinate study communications, log meeting minutes, and track site activation milestones.
- Help prepare regulatory submission packages and monitor ethical committee approval statuses.
- Perform quality checks on trial documentation to maintain audit readiness under ICH-GCP guidelines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing, or allied health fields.
- Certification: Mandatory certification in Clinical Research / Clinical Trial Operations / ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Key Skills:
- Understanding of clinical trial phases, eTMF structure, and ICH-GCP rules.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and document tracking systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and written communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience: Freshers only (2024 / 2025 / 2026 graduates).
- Strictly for Freshers: Candidates with prior full-time industry experience are not eligible.
- Mandatory Requirement: Applications without a valid certification in Clinical Research or ICH-GCP will not be evaluated.
