Career Education Counsellors (Remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments.
- Counsel students and parents.
- Create personalized Career Maps with live progress indicators.
- Provide ongoing, structured career development guidance.
- Optional: Teach a subject or skill online.
Prerequisites
- Certification in career education & counselling (or may join conditionally and complete before deployment).
- Bring your scientifically validated career assessment battery and career exploration tool.
Compensation
- Payout: ₹980 per student upon completion of the prescribed counselling process.
- Student Allocation: 216 students per counsellor per quarter.
- Illustrative Earning: ₹70,560 per month.
