About the Role
Palm Academy is seeking an entry-level Infant and Toddler Aide to work under the guidance of experienced infant teachers. The role involves providing nurturing care and gentle guidance in a clean, organized, cheerful, and inviting setting. A great love and patience for children are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Feeds infants according to an established schedule.
- Changes soiled diapers.
- Plays with infants to stimulate growth.
- Cradles and cuddles infants as needed.
- Informs parents of infant behavior and achievements.
- Answers parental questions and responds to concerns.
- Prepares infants for departure and arrival.
- Maintains safety and health standards.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Six units completed in Child Development.
- Must be a team player.
