Job Summary
Provide expert legal advice and support to clients. This role involves drafting legal documents, providing legal opinions, and representing clients in dispute resolution and negotiations. Business development and client acquisition are also key aspects of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents: Prepare and review documents such as contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions.
- Legal Advisory: Provide consistent and technically superior legal advice and solutions to clients.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through business development and retention.
- Dispute Management: Develop and implement strategies to avoid and manage disputes.
- Negotiations and Client Counselling: Represent clients in negotiations and provide expert client counselling.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze legal data to identify trends and insights.
- Maintaining Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Law (LLB, LLM, BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, BCom.LLB, CS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment

- Gurgaon (Sec 29, near Iffco Metro Station)
- Green Park, Delhi (near Metro Station)
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
