About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Screen candidate profiles and shortlist relevant talent.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and basic screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Help close open positions within timelines.
- Source candidates from different platforms when required.
- Keep hiring trackers and candidate updates organized.
- Take ownership of assigned roles and ensure they move forward quickly.

- Strong communication skills (spoken & written).
- Quick learner and problem solver.
- Proactive and reliable.
- Good at multitasking and managing deadlines.
- Comfortable talking to people and building connections.
- Smart, resourceful, and can figure things out independently.
