  • Help ensure that recommendations remain within the appropriate scope of practice and that medical concerns are referred to qualified professionals.
  • Maintain version-controlled documentation and approval records for operational and expert-validated protocols.
  • Healthcare Data Collection & Quality
  • Establish standard procedures for collecting, verifying, organising, and updating user-provided health information and assessment results.

  • Convert operational requirements from healthcare partners and users into documented product requirements and workflow improvements.
  • Coordinate pilot testing, user feedback collection, issue tracking, and operational validation of new features.
  • Work with the product team to ensure that the platform supports practical healthcare and wellness workflows.
  • User Experience, Engagement & Follow-ups
  • Develop structured processes for onboarding, assessment completion, consultation scheduling, follow-ups, and ongoing user engagement.
  • Coordinate the HiWox Captain workflow for offline onboarding, data collection, evidence capture, and follow-up support.
  • Monitor engagement, completion rates, user feedback, and service-related issues.
  • Help develop standard communication templates, escalation procedures, and service recovery processes to improve user experience.
  • Compliance, Privacy & Operational Quality
  • Support the implementation of procedures for informed consent, confidentiality, appropriate handling of sensitive health information, and role-based access.
