About the Role
Binated is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Services Representatives for our team in Aundh, Pune. This is a permanent, full-time position focused on a US night shift.
Job Details
- Position: Client Services Representative
- Location: Aundh, Pune (Work from Office)
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Process: Blended (Email, Chat & Voice)
- Shift: Permanent US Night Shift
- Working Days: 5 days a week (Rotational Weekly Offs)
Salary Package
- Freshers: Starting from ₹2.15 LPA CTC
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹4 LPA CTC, depending on relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries through email, chat, and voice channels.
- Address customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow established processes.
- Deliver a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a permanent US night shift.
- Comfortable with a blended support process and work-from-office setup.
