About the Role
Manipal Skill Development Center (MSDC), an NSDC-approved training provider, is seeking a Content Marketing Intern to support the creation and promotion of content showcasing its training programs, student success stories, and partnerships. This is an on-site internship in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft blog posts, social media content, and basic marketing copy.
- Assist in campaign planning.
- Coordinate with trainers and staff to gather information and insights.
- Update digital channels.
- Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on performance data.
- Come up with creative, student-focused Reel ideas.
- Write hooks, scripts, and storylines.
- Participate in shoots with students and influencers.
- Work with the videography and editing team to create engaging content.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong interest in social media content creation, Instagram Reels, and digital trends.
- Creative thinking, storytelling ability, and a good understanding of youth culture.
- Ability to brainstorm concepts and develop scripts, hooks, and content plans.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Confidence working with students and teams.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and audience engagement drivers.
- Canva or content-planning tools is an advantage.
- Video editing skills are a plus.
- A portfolio, sample Reels, or examples of creative work will be given preference.
Qualifications
- Preferred candidate age: 18–25 years.
- Open to fresh graduates and students currently pursuing a degree.
- Passionate about content creation.
On-site | Manipal
Stipend: ₹7,500/month
Duration: 3–6 months
Work Schedule: Mon–Fri: 9 AM–5 PM | Sat: 9 AM–1 PM
