This role involves contributing to content development before and throughout each season, assisting with shoot production, capturing photographs and footage, editing, retouching, color grading, and maintaining an organized content archive.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with shoot production, including preparation, visual references, shot lists, logistics, and on-set organization.
- Identify and execute content opportunities during fittings, campaign shoots, studio sessions, and other brand activities.
- Capture photographs, video, and behind-the-scenes material using appropriate formats and equipment (e.g., iPhone, digital cameras, Polaroids).
- Help plan how each shoot can produce material for different channels and moments throughout a season.
- Develop and execute simple content concepts quickly, especially when time, equipment, or production resources are limited.
- Edit and retouch photographs using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Edit video using DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Apply color correction and grading with attention to skin tones, garment colors, texture, and the intended mood.
- Create different cuts, crops, sequences, and formats from existing material, ensuring each piece is purposeful.
- Prepare finished assets for seasonal campaigns, collection launches, social media, and the website.
- Research fashion imagery, films, photographers, publications, and cultural references to inform new work.
- Organize source files, working projects, selects, and final assets using clear folder structures, consistent naming, and version tracking.
- Maintain an accessible content archive and follow file storage and backup procedures.
- Incorporate feedback accurately and communicate progress, questions, and deadlines.

- Curiosity about image-making and the ability to test ideas quickly, learn from unsuccessful attempts, and keep improving.
- Comfort working independently in the studio and taking responsibility for assigned work.

- Previous professional experience is helpful, but it is not required. Personal projects, student work, and independent collaborations are welcome.
