About URJA

URJA is a new physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic in Sector 75, Noida, specializing in back pain, neck pain, joint problems, sports injuries, and neuro rehab. We utilize a unique Body Health Score assessment for measurable progress and offer a hands-on experience where interns own real work from week one.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Management (approx. 60% of time)
• Plan a monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
• Shoot and edit Reels with physiotherapists, including hooks, cuts, captions, and trending audio using a mobile phone.
• Write captions, carousels, and patient-education posts in English and Hinglish.
• Schedule and publish posts, distributing Reels across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp, and Google Business Profile.
• Respond to comments and Direct Messages (DMs).
• Track content performance (reach, saves, enquiries) and report weekly.
• Local Relationship Building (approx. 25% of time)
• Visit doctors, clinics, gyms, societies, and corporate offices in Noida to introduce URJA.
• Attend local meetings on behalf of URJA, taking notes and following up.
• Assist in organizing health talks, posture camps, and community events.
• Note: Visits are for relationship and education purposes only; no commissions or referral fees are paid.
• Marketing Data Maintenance (approx. 15% of time)
• Maintain the lead and enquiry tracker in Google Sheets.
• Record patient referral sources.
• Update the doctor and partner contact list after each visit.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Content Creation Skills: Experience in creating and posting content (e.g., personal Instagram, college page, freelance projects).
• Reels Expertise: Proven ability to edit, post, and distribute Reels.
• Tools: Experience with CapCut, InShot, VN, or similar editing apps, and Canva.
• Communication: Confident speaking to doctors and business owners in Hindi and English.
• Organization: Ability to finish tasks without constant reminders.
• Location: Based in or near Noida, Greater Noida, or East Delhi, with the ability to travel locally.
• A two-wheeler is a plus.
• Healthcare experience is not required; training will be provided on physiotherapy communication.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, BBA, or a related field.
