About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior team members with IT professional services and workforce solutions activities.
• Maintain candidate and client records.

• Prepare basic reports.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic proficiency with computers, office productivity tools, and internet-based applications.
• Ability to use internal tools and systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and apply concepts related to IT professional services and workforce solutions.
• Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow defined processes.
• Demonstrated willingness to take initiative, accept feedback, and work collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to work on-site in Vadodara on a full-time schedule.
• Educational background in business, HR, IT, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Interest in building a career in human resources, staffing, or IT services will be considered an advantage.
