Business Development Associate

About the Role

The Business Development Associate will support growth initiatives by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building relationships with potential clients. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bikaner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research.
• Prepare and deliver business presentations.
• Coordinate meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with CypherXelites’ technical offerings.
• Contribute to proposals and sales materials.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Presentation Skills: Experience creating and delivering effective presentations.
• Lead Generation and Market Research skills.
• Communication Skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and sales teams.
• Basic understanding of technology services such as web development, mobile apps, AI, or cybersecurity is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
