Job Title: Software Consultant - Revenue Cloud
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.
- Configure and customize Revenue Cloud capabilities including:
- Product Catalog Management
- Product Configuration
- Pricing & Discounting
- Quote Management
- Contract Lifecycle Management
- Orders & Amendments
- Revenue Lifecycle Processes
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud components.
- Implement complex business logic.
- Ensure seamless integrations with external systems.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
- Understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) business processes.
- Experience working with:
- Salesforce CPQ
- Product Configuration
- Pricing Rules
- Discount Schedules
- Quote Management
- Contract Management
- Order Management
- Subscription-Based Business Models
Languages
- English (required).
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Salesforce Developer and CPQ Specialist certifications preferred.
