Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with layout, surveying, and project documentation.
• Supporting quality assurance and ensuring field compliance with plans and specifications.
• Maintaining accurate logs, drawings, and daily field documentation.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.
• Driving schedule adherence and field productivity.
• Learning the GC's best-in-class processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must be local to Arizona and have worked in AZ Construction.
• Must be comfortable working in the Field.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• A desire to grow within a reputable GC.
• Good tenure; valued professionals are committed, reliable, and invested in long-term career development.

Qualifications

• Experience or internships in commercial construction preferred.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent field experience) is a plus.
• Must currently live in AZ (relocation is not offered).
• Must be Authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship is not offered).
